Return Policy

General Guidelines
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund and within 60 days for exchanges.
Category-Specific Rules
  • Apparel: Must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Tops and dresses should not have any deodorant or makeup marks.
  • Jewelry must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, boxes, pouches, and any warranty cards
  • Shoes: Try on shoes indoors to avoid scuffing. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged along with the shoes.
  • Swimwear and Lingerie: Try on over underwear and do not remove the protective slip.
  • Cosmetics and Beauty Products: Can be returned within 30 days if unused and unopened. Products with broken seals or that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale Items: Heavily discounted items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Return Process

By Mail: Use the prepaid return shipping label provided. Log in to your account to generate a new label if needed.

Combining Returns

You can combine returns from different orders if they were placed under the same email account. Include the order numbers and corresponding return labels in the package.

Non-Tomorrow Studio Items

If you mistakenly return an item not purchased from Tomorrow Studio, contact Customer Service immediately. Tomorrow Studio is not liable for replacing or compensating for items returned in error.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or undeliverable, it will be returned to Tomorrow Studio facilities. Reshipment attempts may take up to 10-14 business days and are subject to approval.

Exchange Policy

General Guidelines
  • Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Reserve your exchange item online via your order history or contact customer service.
  • Items sent back for exchange must follow the same return policy conditions.
Process

Allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and for the exchange to be shipped out once received.

Refund Method

Refund Processing
  • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days upon reaching the facility. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
  • Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Details
  • Store credit used in payment will be refunded back as store credit.
  • Gift cards or gift certificates will be refunded back to the original gift card/gift certificate.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 pm PST will ship the same day. After 12 pm PST, they will ship the next business day.

Orders placed Friday after 12 pm, Saturday & Sunday will ship out the following business day.

There are areas in which we cannot expedite shipping due to logistics. These areas include:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • Puerto Rico (US Territory)
  • US Virgin Islands (US Territory)

For US territories and Alaska, the orders will ship either USPS or DHL.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO PO BOXES OR MILITARY FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?

Yes. We offer the USPS delivery option to APO or Military FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery service to these addresses can take 5-10 business days. Please note that certain items are restricted depending on the country of the Military address.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

To cancel an order if you have an account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your name on the upper right corner
  3. Click on "My Orders"
  4. Select your order number
  5. Find your item, and click on 'Cancel' under the Actions column.

If you do not have an account or shipping internationally, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. When selecting our free 2 day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package:
